At Eager Mind Services, LLC, we believe that financial barriers should never stand in the way of mental health. While we strive to offer affordable and high-quality care, we recognize that insurance complexities and personal financial hardships can often make consistent therapy feel out of reach.
The Community Care Fund was created to ensure that our clients can prioritize their healing without the stress of "how" to pay for their next session.
Our Mission: Continuity of Care
Therapy is most effective when it is consistent. However, many individuals face significant out-of-pocket costs that can lead to interrupted treatment or premature termination of care. Our fund bridges the gap for clients experiencing temporary financial strain, high deductibles, or transitions in coverage.
How the Fund is Used
100% of the contributions received are applied directly to client accounts. This fund specifically assists with:
Insurance Co-payments: Helping clients meet their weekly session costs.
Insurance Deductibles: Providing a bridge for clients who must pay high out-of-pocket amounts before their coverage kicks in.
Out-of-Pocket Costs: Supporting self-pay clients who are currently on our Sliding Scale Fee Structure but require additional assistance to maintain their sessions.
A New Model for Education
We have established our webinar series as a Free-to-All resource because we believe mental health education belongs to the public. By removing traditional registration fees, we ensure these vital tools are accessible to everyone.
In lieu of a fee, we invite those who are in a position to contribute to support our Community Care Fund. This 'pay-it-forward' model transforms your learning experience into a clinical lifeline for a neighbor in need.
Transparency & Accountability
Eager Mind Services, LLC is a for-profit organization. While we are committed to social responsibility, please note that we are not a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Tax Status: Contributions to the Community Care Fund are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
Administration: We do not take an administrative fee from the fund; the entirety of your contribution is credited to a client’s clinical balance.
Eligibility: Funds are distributed based on demonstrated financial need and clinical necessity to ensure continuity of care.

What is the Community Care Fund?

Who is eligible for assistance?
Assistance is available to existing clients of Eager Mind Services who demonstrate a financial need. This includes clients using insurance as well as self-pay clients who are already participating in our sliding scale fee structure but require additional assistance to maintain their sessions. We prioritize clients at risk of losing continuity of care due to sudden changes in financial circumstances or high out-of-pocket costs.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
No. Because Eager Mind Services, LLC is a for-profit organization and not a 501(c)(3) non-profit, contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations. We maintain this fund as a social responsibility initiative to support our local community.
Why do you offer free webinars alongside this fund?
We believe in "supported access." By offering our webinars for free, we remove barriers to education for everyone. Those who are in a position to pay for the webinar are invited to redirect that "seat price" into the fund, effectively helping a neighbor afford their clinical treatment.
